Three contemporary homes on a suburban site (with Place by Design)

These three new houses, formed the first project by a new developer. The proposals consisted of two identical 128m² dwellings and one 171m² dwelling. The larger dwelling was to become the client’s family home.

New proposals were required following rejection of a previous planning application for the site. The new designs raised the standard of design on the site, and received the support of Parish Councillors and Planning Officers.
